Lara Allen, LICSW-S is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Alabama Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, as well as Co-Owner of The Collective Counseling & Consulting and Founder of The Sparrow Social Society, a Mahjong Club. She brings extensive experience in psychotherapy, behavioral health, medical social work, care coordination, and clinical leadership across mental health, hospital, oncology, and community settings. Lara is especially passionate about supporting healthcare professionals navigating burnout, compassion fatigue, and the unique emotional demands of caring for others. Through her clinical work and wellness programming, she is committed to creating safe, meaningful spaces that promote mental health, connection, resilience, and overall well-being.
