Independent Physician Roundtable.

Our November Meeting will be focused on 

Physician Burnout

Objectives:

·  Identify the warning signs of stress and burnout that affect the organization

·  Discuss the impact of stress, burnout, and negative culture on personal and practice performance

·  Outline communication and coping techniques to manage personal and organizational culture and influence others

The discussion will be led by representatives from

State Volunteer Mutual Insurance Company (SVMIC)

and the MCMS staff.
