Support the Live Well Foundation (501c3) by donating a prize! Every contributor will be recognized in the July newsletter and will receive a letter for tax deduction purposes. We welcome prizes valued at over $50, which may be combined with other donations to form larger prize packages. Donations valued at $250 or more will be awarded separately.
